Though we do not partner directly with any insurance carriers, we will work with you to assist you in maximizing the insurance benefits that you are entitled to. We offer several financial options in addition to accepting cash, check, or credit card for your payment. A prepayment courtesy is available for those wishing to pay for their care at the time of scheduling. All financial options will be discussed and provided to you at your treatment consultation.
We are UNRESTRICTED PROVIDERS for all of the major insurance carriers in NY. This allows us to work with your insurance, if they will permit us to, and for you to receive benefits. Now, we are NOT in network with any insurance carrier, however many of our patients choose our practice independent of their carrier’s network due to our level of compassion, experience, and skill.

Since Oral Appliance Therapy (OAT) is a medical problem with a dental solution it is up to your medical insurer to consider coverage. Many plans do, some do not. We can help you to determine the nature and extent of your coverage and are happy to do so as a courtesy to you.
